Why two types of UK 2017 platinum anniversary sovereigns?

Was researching types of 2017 sovereigns struck by the Royal Mint in the NGC census website. They’re a bunch. One type is a commemorative celebrating the platinum wedding anniversary of Elizabeth and Phillip. There is one listed as 2017 Platinum Wedding Anniv. Reeded Edge-Struck on Day with 32 graded. Strangely, there is also one listed as 2017 Platinum Wedding Anniv. R. Edge-FR-Struck on Day with 2 graded. So, what is this last one, and what does FR mean?
