2 more bust halves i picked up recently.
imaged by Bob Campbell, who again did a spectacular job in capturing the colors and details of the coins.

Wow nice peace dollar!
Where's the S

Yes it is. I actually made an offer on it at $50 off the listed price, and they accepted. They're very easy to work with, I've bought from them many times before.
What's 314 peace dollars? If you're referring to the sample slabs they have listed, then yes - they're priced at about 200% of what they're worth. Perhaps they believe the green CAC means something on sample slabs? I have many of these that would get gold CAC if submitted, no question (the MS60 grade is just a number they slapped on all these samples, most are a lot nicer than 60)
Here is a thread with a 314 peace dollar and I believe it contains a link to another thread or 2
where?
Sorry got in a hurry

THANK YOU!

I have jfk 50 year gold proof, first day and early release. does anyone have a true value of these coins?
It just coming out on usmint.gov recently, so there is no actual value for it yet. For right now, it's $1,240, that's my opinion. Let's see what someone else said.
Several PR70DCAM sold for ~$3,000 each already on eBay.
the first four graded PCGS as 70DCAM sold for $5,000 each at the ANA show already.
I know that a few dealers pay more than $1,240 for the raw pieces (cause of buy limits and customers that want it NOW), so it is most definitely more than that AT THE MOMENT.

I did a little buy back this week
This little guy is so flashy in hand, just booming!
The most pleasing Ike I've ever seen, welcome back to the collection.
A new addition, always room for nicely toned reverse Morgans... Not to mention this is a 1901 and very hard to find with attractive toning :-)
Hey Eric, that's the 1901-O from GreatCollections' auction of tonight, isn't it?
I'm sorry, I cursed "bidder 10" out loud for outbidding me on it ! Didn't know it was you
Very nice addition, I'm happy you got it!
I'm 100% sure it is even nicer in hand!
-
Oh ok..
Yeah I remember seeing the one you were talking about. And yes it was very expensive. I wonder if anyone bought it

very nice! what an awesome coin to post for your first post here!
BTW, registered in 2004?? man that's a lot of lurking
welcome!

Very pleased with winning this one tonight. I'm building a date set of toners and this fits the bill nicely.
I don't typically buy MS63 but it looks like it could be interesting, if not it can always go back unless someone around here wants it.
Love the 86'! Very nice!
Are you going for one-per-date or a complete set of all dates and mints?

WOW Lord M. that's a beauty!
but how much more contrast does a coin need to have in order to get a CAMEO designation? come on PCGS!
great coin! congrats!

Just got it in the mail.
Potato quality pics, but a virtually perfect slab and hologram on back (which is all that matters..)
Not easy to find..
How old is that? I mean the slab btw.
It is between 19 and 22 years old.

I do not collect rossie's but I have a few. I collect as many U S coins as I can afford to.
Found your stash of money
Wife says the Dishwasher is broke. I told her it's not the first time she was out of money.
Reminds me of that joke:
"How do you easily turn a dishwasher into a snoblower?"
"You hand her a shovel"

Nice additions Wygold!
Ah, the stalkers are still at it! Damn.. I had a problem with one earlier this year, but I got him off my tail finally find my thread about that issue in the numismatic general forum, there were some good suggestions and solid advice on how to avoid being followed and outbid all the time.
@ jpcienkus, I updated the 90-VDB thread over there, sorry it took so long!

Just got my recent eBay purchase from This thread here .
Better in hand than I expected, and my (iphone) pics below do the coin
no justice in terms of color or luster.
the coin is 100% toned on both sides and it is GLOWING with every twist of light!
2 ebay purchases I just got from GreatToning. The name 'great toning' is not just a gimmick; I bought from him many times and the coins always meet (and often exceed) my expectations. Beautiful color on both sides of both of these coins. I don't get to buy many foreign coins at all, but once in a while I'll get one or two.. Just a couple of quick shots with my iphone.
First one is a Mexico 1813Mo JJ 8 Reale, NGC XF45:
And the second one is a 1967 Canada dollar, graded PCGS PL66.
This coin sold for $253 in a teletrade auction in Oct 09'. I was able to win it for a little less on eBay.
