Thanks guys... its been a while. I've been really busy with work and trying to get a chemist position locally, but work is tight around here.
-
My newest washie... and my moms birthday to boot... putting a set together of my moms and dads birth years. My galaxy S3 pics don't do this coin much justice. .. but u get the idea.

Another "new" Matte to add to the fold.
Oh my!
Great pickup Bob, the set's about complete now...right?
-
Nice local coin pickup for a little over melt.
And aquired this beautry from Larry, big thanks! The reverse is truely nuclear!!!

This type-set upgrade came today. I found the colors quite attractive.
Love it! That's a solid 67 coin

I've had this one since August, and tried a number of times to get a good picture of it. Well, I finally got one I'm pleased with. Here it is, a 66 * FBL
NGC is so inconsistent with the star designation its almost ridiculous... Just saying that because I just sold a '58-d 50c NGC ms66FBL with no star, but had two sided monster toning that looks nicer than yours but it didn't star?
Not trying to knock your coin by any means, just the whole "star" designation.
Merry Christmas!!!

Here's a newp that I really enjoy... tough coin to image, especially with electric blue toning on the reverse.

This one is still raw and a beauty

Moving on up, to the east side, to a deluxe apartment in my registry set. Population 24/2
Nice addition you got there, but I gotta ask... where's the color!
And some really nice coins everyone!
-
Nice coins everyone!!
And I'll second that! More color the better, IMHO
-
The '51-d just went ms66 and the '44-s went ms67 at pcgs.
-
Couldn't care less about the + or the sticker - because that's a really nice Morgan and that speaks for itself.
I will have to disagree with you on this Jason, and agree with some of it. There's a group of economy submissions at pcgs, and the results were just received of 43 nice colorful to monster toned washies quarters. With only 1 coin grading ms65+ out of the bunch, with amazing toning for the date and which should have gone 66+ really.
So it's a lot tougher than some believe to receive the + designation with pcgs. And yes I don't need a + or *star to tell me a nice eye appealing coin.

Extremely nice raw proof cameo's you got there. It's always nice to find great coins at small shops, and usually for great deals!

Congrats on some beauties!!!

Very nice Buff's! (thumbs u
This example has blazing golden color with fantastic luster to match. Pretty well struck for a 1913 T1 I think.
Yep, great strike on that one. That's a keeper.
Here's my most bizarre Buffalo. NGC MS-62. Guess this means the toning is natural, but I'm not so sure.
I'd have to agree with you... the toning looks enhanced, or AT as they call it.
But maybe it's just the image?

I've got one Alan that looks very similar, but mine is raw. And it was dirt cheap, but if you like it in a slab than more power to you...
-
Anyone know what the grade on this SLQ might be??? It's raw, but has a nice look to it.
And a few toners from a whitman album...

(thumbs u
I miss that one....
