Just a few questions to anyone who wants to answer and help a new young coin collector

Hello everyone,

my name is Joe i am 20 and i am new here to the journals and to the registry i was just wondering if its better to find really nice raw coins and get them graded or buy pre graded coins at a fair price.

and in your opinions is it better to build a full set of lower ms coins and then get the higher ms for upgrades or build it with the higher grades first
