Puff wheeze wimper

Well, looking for one coin to try to regain my sub 200 collection number. I am looking to do it on one base hit, and not have to go searching for numerous coins. I found an 1860 $2.50 Liberty Head, Old Reverse in MS64. The guy wants $10,500.00 for it. I looked thru the NGC Price guide, and came up with no information. Can anyone out there help me as to its value? Sure would appreciate any help.
