NGC 's PCGS Decission

O.K., I've been out of circulation for a couple of years. Sorry. I've been a little active with the community, but, poorly. Concentrating in paying off my house takes alot of time and energy. What a surprise though. Seeing that PCGS coins are gone from my sets at the end of January. I have worked so hard on my sets. I always believed in NGC for the registry due to the fact that they would alow a "collector" to build the best set possible. I called my sets "hybrid" sets. Yes, I am one of those that has some top, number 1, sets. I have been proud collecting sets which featured the best coins of both companies. When I could see that I could beat those "millionaire" collectors, I was elated. I kind of felt that a set totally in PCGS coins was unfair on this registry, but, it was a challenge. In some cases, I was able to beat them on our registry with some of their own top graded coins. Now, I see that I will now lose some points, but still be up there in the standings. On another hand, I also see that I have a few sets that are now going to become number 1. Great!! I guess. It feels kind of second rate though, moving up the ladder, by having the ladder being made shorter. I do hope NGC will reverse their decission. If I have more thoughts, or when, I will be sure to post them. I've enjoyed reading everyones responses so far.
