Did You Get The Same E Mail I Did?

On 24 December I sent in a PF70 Dragon for a Designation Review, requesting Early Releases, as it is eligible and on the 29th, received the notification that as of 1 Jan, we could also request that the Early Releases submissions be designated "First Releases." The coin I sent in was received 5 Jan and I called to see if I could make the switch..Not Even Close. Once the coin is in house, no changes can be made.. Okay, C'est Live.. But wait..

the 5 Niue Gilded Dragons I just sent in, won't be First Releases either. There is some contention at "HQ" haha.. as to when this new label will actually be initiated and its not 1 Jan, as stated.. Apparently, there is "conflicting guidance" from higher as to when this will start, according to the nice gal on the phone, whose cage I rattled with all this mumbo jumbo about First Releases....Sheesh..

Can someone over there in the decision making arena come up with the actual plan and let us common folk in on the big secret?
