My wife and I drove 100 miles to the Sort Facility in Sandston, VA. This is where all mail from thru out the state comes to be sorted. One group of workers were zero help. Jason met her and took her to an office, there she was given an empty box where the bottom was busted open. Needless to say she was crushed. Then he brought up a box with blue boxes that he found at another part of the facility. Yes all five of the 25th Anniversary Boxes were there. They opened each one and every box had all 5 coins. She thanked Jason and he offered an apology for the mishap.

Even though we cannot get them graded, we have our missing 5 boxes.
