I am have chat board trouble

Hi collector's, I like to know if any one is have the same trouble that i am having, and that is trying to get some discuss on to come up on the chat board, my e-mail and password and check mark are ok, but all i get is a no go, it will not show up under my message on the journal, can any one please tell me "Y". please sent a journal or a note thur the collactor's society, thank you, Don PS watch show now???
