I need some help in placeing a slab

I need some help placeing a slab in a slot, after three day's drroping notes to NGC, I have not received no help or a reply from them. It is a important item that need placeing but a reply would have nice. I have a first day ceremony lincoln cent that i have been trying to place with no luck, can any one out there help me in placeing this coin i it place if there is one. Thank's for your help.
