Got to add a new monster Roosevelt to my collection!!

I found a coin listed on Heritage and I knew that I had to have it. I asked a friend to view the coin to make sure it was everything I thought it was from the pictures. He confirmed what I had already thought. Heritage doesn't also have the best pictures so I always like to get a in-hand opinion when I am going to be bidding on any coin over $200. After I decided that I was going to bid on the coin, I went down to a local coin store where I sold a 1oz gold eagle for $1200, I bought it back in 2003 for less than $300. I wanted to make sure I had the coin funds to get the coin. Then came the waiting?.there was still 20 days till the auction ended. It got down to a couple days before the auction ended and I got into a bidding war with another bidder. I just keep bidding 1 increment higher so I could see where the other bidder would back off. The coin was at $900 so I put in my final bid of $1300, I was then winning the coin at $1000 and I watched the coin all the way till the end of the auction. I ended up winning the auction part but the coin still was going to have a Live bidding the next day while I was at work. I was very nervous that I was going to get outbid. I ended up winning the coin!! I was stoked and I still can?t wait to see the coin in hand!!

Now for the coin?..It is a 1959 Roosevelt NGC PF69 Ultra Cameo. With only 2 graded this high by NGC and only 3 graded by PCGS, this coin is very hard to come by. From 1955 thru 1964 this coin is the hardest coin to find in ultra cameo. My Roosevelt goal is to have my 1955 thru 1964 in all PF69 UC. I only have a few slots left and I am always looking to find the next coin to add to my set.
