If they can't figure it out at NGC..

From my previous posting on this Russian Imperial 1916 5 Kopek you know that NGC returned it with every excuse you have never heard of with what amounted to a no grade cause we just don't know, but Thank You for paying for us to look at it. PCGS has graders that could tell the difference and returned this coin as GENUINE - RIMS FILED. This is a hard to find, expensive, rare coin, and I thought I was sending it to the best, most experienced graders when I sent it into NGC for grading. I am still sending Russian coins into NGC because all of my collection is NGC except this one coin. Wonder if they would cross it if I sent it back to NGC?
