Half Full or Half Empty This Registry Set is Goin' Strong !!

Well I have reached a personal milestone today with the addition of yet another registry coin into my Washington Quarter Set . I now have by count 50% of the set listed . It's been MORE fun than I ever envisoned and I am even more excited now than when I began in early March . I will soon be listing some better dates as they arrive back from NGC , coins that were previously graded and slabbed by the likes of PCI and ANACS ...which include an astonishing 1932-P , a beautiful 1939-D , a stunning 1942 and 1942-S , a really sharp 1949-P and a mind blowing 1952-S among others .

Nicer still ....when reflecting on this entire Registry Set Experiance.....I know that my Registry Set will never : question why I am home late , never ask me for extra spending money , never get weirded out or complain when I stare at it for prolonged periods , never burn supper , never leave a toliet unflushed , never tell me I am a bad driver or a bad father , never berate my fast food diet and never leave me for another . In short ....this Registry Set love affair truly is one of the heart . And I'm hooked !!

The best of luck to all of you who are collecting and building sets . Have Fun !!!

PS: My recently upgraded 1955-D is notable not just for the absolutely ASTONISHING TONING .....but the fact that it was purchased recently via EBAY auction for a measly $18.50 !!! I kid you not !! So it IS still possible to find a bargain these days even in a Registry Quality Coin !!! Good Hunting !!!
