Once you start collecting, you keep on collecting memories with them.

Before I was a member of the American Legion and I was a member of the United State Army, I was a Boy Scout. I just submitted the both of the Boy Scout commemorative coins for Grading.

We all, including myself, try to remember when we started collecting coins. If we can remember back that far. I know I started before I was ten years old because I tried to get a Merit Badge In collecting coins. I received and still have a token of the 60th year of Scouting. My dad had and still has a collection of circulated Morgan dollars, halves and quarters. I started with Standing liberty quarters, Walker halves and the early Lincoln pennies. My younger brother liked Buffalo nickels. It is nice to remember when you started and still are collecting. Like this year is the 100th year of Scouting. We can collect for as long as we like. Such as these beautiful coins that tell us a lot about ourselves and special events.
