Anxiously Awaiting Return of My First Grading Submission
I submitted a 55 1 cent double die, 42/41 dime, 77 1 cent over 10 cent (11 cent) coin, and a 43/42 nickle for grading.
Anxiously awaiting the return of my first grading submission. I have had coins graded before but only by bringing them to a local dealer and having them do the paperwork and submission. It was a bit of a pain so I joined the collectors society and put together a package of some of my more desirable varieties I have wanted grading on.
I submitted a 55 1 cent double die I think will be a low MS, 42/41 dime I believe will be VF30, 77 1 cent over 10 cent (11 cent) coin estimated by me to be MS63, and a 43/42 nickle VG for grading. I am curious to see how well my evaluations compare to actual. I will report the results and pictures.
I am excited about having the ability to submit coins for grading on my own. I have over 100 ungraded coins I hope to submit over the next year- bit by bit. Much of what I seek out now is already graded and I am learning as much as I can.
