My replacement NGC MS-70 ASE is poorly graded AGAIN - far from the MS70 it claims to be!!

I returned my 25th Ann. MS70 ASE due to a huge gouge on an MS70 grade and what I received, although better, was overgraded again.

I am sure at one time or another you have all seen that NGC MS70 graded American Silver Eagle with those obvious contact marks. Those annoying small shiny spots where the coins have obviously struck each other, probably while in the rolls. Unlike the true perfection seen on an actual coin that deserves the 70 grade, these coins are far from being perfect. If we can see these marks easily with the naked eye, it is hard for me to beleive that they were missed using a 5X magnification. I returned the last 2010 MS70 25th anniversary coin due to a scratch on the hip area of the liberty. You can all see the picture of it in my other journal entry. What I received as a replacement, to my disgust has at least a dozen contact marks. Although they are small they are clearly visible. When I contacted the seller he said that he would just refund my money because after looking closely at the 10 MS70's he had received from NGC he could see those "shiny impact marks" on every one of the coins he received graded 70 from NGC. I knew things were getting bad when I saw that scratch on the first one, but to see that out of all the 70's the coin dealer received not one deserved the grade was an eye opener not just to me but to the coin dealer selling them. What bothers me the most is that this lowers the value for all MS70's. I wonder is this a way to push the + grading further. If nothing else it sure makes CAC seem to be a true necessity as not one of the 12 coins the dealer had would have earned a green sticker. I think both NGC and PCGS need to quit playing games and give a true accurate grade. If that was the case there would be no need for the + grade or for a secondary grading company like CAC to double check NGC's and PCGS's work. Again, I call for everyone to inspect your 70 graded coins closely and actually return the faulty ones to NGC and PCGS for replacement. Once they start having to buy back all those poorly graded coins which could add up to millions $$$, I assure you they will stop playing games. Here's a plan, we send all our coins to CAC and what doesn't earn a sticker get's bought back by NGC and PCGS as poorly graded, that would open their eyes!!
