Where's the Luck

With the recent return of my latest submission I still haven't been able to get an ASE to grade 70! My anniversary set all received a 69. I did however get a surprise in that my 1970 S Nickel received a better than expected MS 66. In all not one silver coin I have submitted has reached over a 69. I'm not sure why ELL is saying NGC is easy on grading after all of the ones I have submitted in total. My Gold has a much better average though.
