Am I doing this right

I am new to this. Only doing it for a couple of years. But I think I am on the right path. Trying to make a complete set of

MORGAN and PEACE dollars in MS64

Quarters SAG and 2 set of Presidential (one for each daughter)in PF70

Commemoritives in PF70 an MS70

and a few others I figure some of these set will be at 100% I have some dealers bookmarked and I do alot of ebay. I am always looking for more coins graded and not.

I have alot of star note bills that are not graded wondering if they were worth doing more of.

I probably could used some good advice. Thanks
