What's up with that

I have finally narrowed my colleting tastes down to just a few sets and have received my lastest submissions to NGC back. It seems that all of my US coins I submit seem to do real well. For example my last submission resulted in four out of five coins reaching 70UC while my ASE received a 69.

My Australian Kookaburras and Koalas however not one has yet to reach the 70 plateau. I have decided I'm pefectly happy with the Kookaburra collection where it's at even with two of the coins reaching as low as 67 because it is the way I received them from my original purchase from the mint. I've upgraded my Koalas and without looking at a 70 the 69 looks like it could be a 70. After seeing one graded 70 though there really is a difference and it shows.
