Looking for error

Have Not Seen One Yet

My Thomas Jefferson Dollar (PF) with the extra wisp of hair that we have may be a one of a kind. My extensive research from everywhere I can think of has not turned up one other example of error like we have. According to the Redbook, it could be classified as a #4 error (defective die), or a #7 error (lamination flaw). I am still using my 2008 edition of the Red Book, so unless they have listed one in there, another one has not been discovered, or just have not surfaced yet, as mine is. The #7 error seems more likely to me, as it looks like the extra wisp of hair is still attached to the coin. When I send it to NGC, I hope the piece does not become un-attached, as it seems like it may affect value. Other than the Washington Dollars with the plain rim, has anyone out there seen or heard of any errors similar to mine? Any info will be a help.
