My first submission turning out to be bad experience.

So i submitted 3 coins back on the 21st of January. The first worries were provided by the Postal Service. It took 6 days to go from Clarksville Tennessee to NGC. I was wondering if the Pony Express was used. They arrived on the 27th and I was relieved! I was thinking that I would get them back pretty fast because I submitted them Express. Well today is the 2nd and they are still listed in the Quality Control. It seems that 48 hours is really 96 plus hours. Is this common? Heck, the current turn around time is still listed at 48 hours. Hopefully this isnt par for the course.
