and NGC has already graded some

The 2010 Shield Cent has been out for over two weeks now. It was released in Puerto Rico last month (Jan) from some banks there. And some of those released have already been graded by NGC, see their web site for the story and pictures. The man in PR is selling the rolls on ebay for upwards of 10.00. I personally am glad to see these brand new shield cents as it was about time for a change to the Memorial rev. Now if I can just convince CS to start a new series for them! I personally have written twice to NGC requesting the change, is there anyone out in the society that agrees with me? I definitely hope so.
