An Error Coin I haven't seen before

I have a Thomas Jefferson Proof Dollar with an extra wisp of hair on his left side, if you are facing the coin. It appears to be an extra hair-like scrap of metal that protrudes from the area where his left ear is, and curls around to form an almost perfect one-half of a figure '8' lying sideways. I will try to post a pic, but have not figured out how to edit the ones I have yet, hence the detailed description. The dollar is still encased in the complete proof set, but I plan to send it in to NGC soon. I can e-mail a nice pic of it to anyone who gives me an e-mail address to forward it to, in case the pic does not post.
