How do the others fair?

Being relatively new to collecting graded coins, I have played it safe and stuck to getting only NGC and PCGS graded coins. I figured since they are both recognized in the registry their grading is fairly similar.

How do the other grading services (i.e. ANACS, ICG, SGC and others) compare when crossing coins over to NGC grading so the coins can be added to the reistry? Is it worth incurring the cost of having the coins re-graded?
