Constant upgrades that can break the bank

By no means do I have a complete set in my roosevelt collection. My main goal was to become #1 in that set and move on to other sets. I only collected ms67FT-MS68*FT in my set. This was a major task for anyone. Well,for the last 2 years I constantly keep upgrading. I would buy a ms67Ft,then a few months later a ms67*ft would pop up and Now I am buying ms68FT.I went through every year in my roosevelts from 1946-Present and from where I stand,there is a lot more upgrading to do. I know my set is a major accomplishment,but I am still not happy with it. I guess I want the best roosevelt set in the world. My main question is for all the other #1 Registery holders out there,"is your set really ever complete"!!!!
