2010 Tiger

Hey Group,

Just wanted to share that I picked up a new coin today. I broke down and bought the $30 AUS Tiger coin. (for those of you unknowing what this coin is it is a Kilo of silver 2.2 Lbs.) I have seen pictures of them but now I own one! I will not get any more but I was presented with such a deal I could not pass it up. I have many other coins that I need to fill my current sets, but I got this coin NGC MS70 and paid very little over silver price. I think it will be scored at around 500 points, not really a sound cost/point ratio, but you will have that sometimes. I went to put it in my collection and NGC does not have a place for it yet. What they did not know they were grading any? Maybe I was one of the first to get one, I don't know. They will catch up at some point and all will be right with my little world.

At the same time I also picked up a 1999 State Quarter Silver CT PF70. Again, at a very good price. Once in a while the "deal" of a lifetime comes by and you just have to "pull the trigger".

Thanks for reading my journal. It's nice to see that they do get read sometimes. As soon as I can get time for pics, I will add it to my set.
