For Amy or someone at NGC - how do we get the census updated if its wrong?

Looking through the census data i realized one thing...its really out of date! or in some instances just wrong

I use the census information quite regularly with the area i specialize in (condition census Charlotte gold) i look at the census information to work out how many of a particular year are graded mint state and at what grade etc etc

Now i know this information is already a bit off due to resubmissions(how they can ever fix that i don't know but i wish they could) but what i have found going through the information is that for the coins i look at anyway the information is way off and for reasons unknown, for example the 1855-c $2 1/2 that's currently in my Charlotte set is graded ms65 and is finest known...now if you look up the census information for this coin you will notice that there are currently coins graded ms63 and ms64 but no ms65's...does my coin exist? yes it does because i can hold it, obviously the census was never updated when this coin was regraded from ms64 many years ago.

So to get the census info correct the ms64 coin needs to be removed as it is now a ms65 coin and of course it needs to be re entered into the ms65 slot.

Now i know there are people out there that will think im nit picking and that NGC as better things to do with there time then fix the census but this isnt the only obvious mistake i have noticed when checking the census info for my coins.

Is there a way NGC can implement an online form or something that we can send through census updates etc etc??

The census information can be very valuable but if it is so out of date and wrong then it can only turn a valuable asset for a collector into a waste of time that will cost someone money...somewhere.

Regards
