If a coin grades MS60 Details and "scratched" by ANACS...will it grade at NGC or PCGS?? -Maybe but unlikely

ANACS net graded problem coins have a small chance of being graded by NGC or PCGS. Both state they will not grade problem coins. Some minor problems like early PVC resudue could be removed and the coin could get graded by NGC. If the PVC has caused damage (spots, etching), then the coin will not be graded. Major problem coins like your scratched coin will not get into a NGC or PCGS holder.

In a few cases, ANACS might net grade a coin where there really is no problem. It happens.
