A money maker for who?

Having two excellent grading services, NGC and PCGS, I do not see the need for CAC. A second opinion on a grade only adds to the cost of the coin(dealers seek premium) or is now costing the average collect money when you try to sell a coin that does not have the sticker. Having collected coins prior the CAC, none of my coins have the designation and the cost of trying to certify a coin is costly( shipping back and forth etc.) Seems like another way to make money.
