I've seen a lot of complaining, over WHAT?

Lately I've seen a lot of whining over how long some coins take to be graded. On my last order it was done within the advertised time, but the one before it has taken longer and I have no problem with that because these coins are more important to me. Which is better, a car that is made with all robots in less than one day or a Corvette assembled 90% by humans in 3 days. I figure that I'm paying for a service and I want guality, not quantity. So to those complaining do you want some cheese with the whine?
