Only 3 more to go!

I just received my newest SAE about an hour ago. I was lucky that I was home when the postman rang or I would of had to wait till Saturday...that would have been a bummer!

It's a 1997 SAE PF-69UC that came out of the envelope that I basicly ripped open as soon as I got it in my hands! Adding this coin to my collection now brings me down to just 3 more to go. I need the 1994 and both of the 1995 SAEs to finish it up. But the "W" might take some time to get.

I have really curtailed my coin purchases this year. I haven't picked up any modern commemoratives yet, but I am keeping my eye on some raw 50c comms that I might get for less then $20. I have had good luck getting these back from NGC graded at 70UC.

I am about averaging 1 coin purchase a month and they have been Proof SAEs. But I am still buying from the Mint when coins become available. I received my Lincoln comms this week and I just noticed that the proofs are SOLD OUT. Now both versions are all gone!! I am going to be watching how these coins do on the secondary market and maybe sell my extras if they shoot up.
