My wallet and credit score thanks the Mint...

Greetings!!

I eluded to this in a previous post here, and I realized today what a relief it is, really to have slim pickings from the Mint this year.

I do miss the W's and the Proof SAE's so far, I am sure they will pop up in a few months, though. But, as a compassionate collector of coins, I did find myself barely able to keep up financially with the offerings..MANY offerings from the Mint in the past couple of years.

It seemed every time I logged in to my mint account, I was sooooo tempted to get the new comemm or new this or that...it sorta broke me, well a little.

I am now in a better position than last year financially, and I think it IS because I am keeping up with the Mint offerings, and they are fewer than the past 2 years, I am concentrating on getting some SAE's I did not have, and the Prezzie Proof set.

So, I am really glad we are seeing less coins, and I believe this will also be great when the SAE W's and Proofs appear, as I feel the mintages will be very very low...making the coins monetarily more valuable and the right to own them more precious than usual.
