Can you get a MS-67 coin or 2 from a Mint Roll?

Hey everyone, did my share of ordering coins from the Mint in the past and sending them in looking for a treasure or 2.

I think it has to do with the ruff handling and coin wrapping machinery? They must ruff up the coins to the point of killing any chance to get a super gem out of the roll!

Maybe the Mint is handling the coins better? But if they make so many and change the design so often, I think they rush to much and don't care about making good coins, just mass production!

Not that the goal is ever to make a bunch of MS-69's.
