Is the creation of NCS prompted NGC to put more coins in BB?

I have been sending in coins to be graded for years now. I have also been collecting coins for over 30 years. I think I have a good eye for problem coins. Recently I have have sent in some coins to be graded that in my experience had no problems, including moderns right out of the roll. Of my last two submissions 6 have come back in a BB, 3 of those were broke out of NGC holders. I don't know if it is just me but, it seems that since NCS has come around, NGC is sending coins that they would or have graded in the past home in a BB. I hope that they are not just doing it to try and increase business for NCS. Any way just my opinion, what do you think?
