My Kennedy Proof Collection

I've come a long way from my days of hoarding. I think this is a testament to our craft.... Taking the time to search out specific pieces as opposed to buying whatever you can afford that comes on the market. I don't think that there are many aspects of our world that can say that.

I have reached the 25% mark on my Kennedy Proof collection and it has been a heck of a ride. I hope to have the collection finished by the end of the year and then figure out where I go from there. The bad part is that there are so many fascinating coins that it is hard to choose where to continue.

The biggest plus is that there is nothing out there that is "bad" to collect. One could only hope to aspire to the levels of Louis E. Eliasberg, Sr. and put together an entire collection of U.S. coins... minus a few, of course. (The dates 1933 and 1913 come to mind)
