You don't trust others with your coins,ditto with your bullion.

I do not mean to be a "Journal Hog" but each couterpoint brings another item to mind. In my opinion I would never trust my coins, gold and silver, diamonds ect. to anyone. I don't even like the idea of them being in a bank vault. I had a nightmare a while back that my bank had "shut down" and when I went there the doors were not only locked but chained. I could see inside the bank and it looked as if the place had been "ransacked". There was paper all over the floor and I could see back into the room where the safe deposit boxes were and all the little doors were opened and the lids raised. I panicked and jumped back in my truck and smashed thru the double glass front doors and got out and ran to the back. Everything was gone. I called the bank on my cell phone and got the recording that the number you have dialed has been disconnected and no further info blah blah blah.

That replaced the "being attacked by sharks while surfing" nightmare that I have on a regular basis, as my worst nightmare to date. It was so real I went to the bank the very next day to make sure it wasn't real. I shared that with the girls there and they thought it was hilarious. I didn't.

If you buy gold or silver, buy a 10 foot stick of 6" PVC and a pile of 6" PVC caps and a can of glue. make some airtight "coin bombs" and bury your coins, gold, silver porn books/tapes ect. in the forest. Just DO NOT let anyone keep it for "safekeeping". Seriously safe deposit boxes are the best unless the govt. pulls a Roosevelt and outlaws gold possesion again. And there is a slight possibility of that but that is a whole nother story. I am sure you all are tired of hearing from me and I not being a "typer" but a "pecker" have "blisters on me fingers" Goodnight! WKF
