Re-evaluation of the Walker series was way past due. Can't say much about the Franklins since I haven't followed them very closely, but I agree with Walt that the Roosevelt dimes are terribly inflated. Look at the 1947 through 1963 Mint sets; 17 total years, and 8 of the #1 sets (and many #2, #3, and #4 sets) contain NOTHING BUT Roosevelt dimes. These "#1 Mint sets" are at most 28% complete but still have the "Best in Category" awards. The point values for the best Lincoln cents and Washington quarters graded are a small fraction of the values for the second or third best FT Roosevelt dime of the same year.
