New purchases

Hello,

Haven't posted much but have to share my latest purchases.

I broke down and bought the 2008 State Quarters both Clad & Silver. With these additions I am now ranked 4th in the Silver set and 9th in the Proof set complete.

I also picked 4 Roosevelt dimes to fill in other holes in my proof sets.

I am now 2 coins away from from a perfect set, 2008 that is.

I have had serious health issues for the past 2 years and just found out Friday that they may be getting worse again before long (Cancer) So I have been trying to switch gears and purchase only 70 grade. The only restrictions are the coins that cost thousands of dollars are well beyond my reach but I want to get as many as I can while I still can. OK, that's enough of my rambling.

My plan is to have all the proof sets complete in 70 except for 1999, by the end of this year!!! Very lofty expectations but I try to aim high and duck as required! By the time I get to the 1999 year the State Quarters will be $1000 each.

I managed to get 9 100% Proof Sets finished off today! Granted, the Silver Sets are sub sets of the complete but may as well put them in here. It is satisfying to see that 100% in the slot!
