I Got a reponse about my missing orders.

Well, I got quite a few responses today about my orders. The first was from Amy, telling me that my 1973 Canadian large bust quarter was still in conservation. That was nice, I felt good. Then When I checked on my 3 orders, they were all finalized and shipped. YA HOO! I started checking and confirming my grades. I thought that It was strange, with the one order, after all the one coin was in conservation still, OR WAS IT? Maybe they got it done. Without looking at the coin in the order itself, I excitedly went straight to put it into my set. Yes it did go in. Something was terribly wrong, I only got 3 points for it and no grade. I imeadiatly started to freak out. What had they done? I paid for a crossgrade, then the conservation, but this? Did they only conserve it and not cross grade it, the points should be in the 700-900 range, NOT 3. I quickly dug up the first phone # that I could find, because maybe they had not actually mailed the orders out yet and they could fix this up. I got through and said who I was and what my concern was. I know the girl must have had one eyebrow raised. I didn't even hear her name I was talking so fast. I was trying to stop the mail!! Anyway, she calmly asked me the order number and what coin number it was and asked me to hold. As I was forced to take a few breaths, she then came back on and told me that that coin was still in conservation. I asked how it could have been finalized without a grade and of course she couldn't answer. She said that it can take a couple of weeks to conserve a coin. Well, I got off of the phone relaxed, and then I started to think again, Boy this over thinking is dangerous. Anyway, I guess that I'll just have to keep waiting, and then see what either arrives, or what arrives later. It had better come back better than 3 points worth, after all, they did tell me that it would crossgrade just fine, and I really want to feel fine.
