My Coins are on the Way
The old familiar feeling of anticipation looms...
Greetings!!
This being my 1st day back to work from a long (and much needed) holiday weekend, I had much to do but also found time to get to the postal office at lunch to send my coins to NGC.
I anticipate they will grade well, and I am already planning on my next submission mid February that will consist of my Morgans (2) and a Peace Dollar, and (2) Pennies..one of which is an error with the rim double stamped.
I wanted to get the Moderns done 1st though as I am certain none of them will come back in a body bag, and a grading can only improve upon my SAE score in the registry...and if I don't continue to like my comemms, I can more easily sell them, as right now I am teetering on whether I really want to keep the "skinny chickens" . I go through this sorta thing, though....helps to write about it.
I have a good feeling about my 2001 SAE that I just submitted as the detail and luster of that coin is really special. I bought that coin on auction in a group of "raw" coins (5 total) for 40 dollars for the group. I would just LOVE it if that coin came back a 70...I'd be happy for MONTHS over that.
There's always HOPE...right?
Anyway, just thought I'd share my latest adventure and feeling of anticipation with you all...I know you understand.
Take care!!
