What amount of rotation does it take to qualify?
I have a few 2006 Franklin Scientist Commems in mint state. The reverse is not square to the obverse. I would like to know how rotated it has to be to qualify as a mint error? Does anyone have a Franklin with this mint error? I have asked several local dealers and collectors, but no 100% positive answer. The set I have registered has a pretty square obverse in comparison. I attached a scan of the typical rotation. Is it considered an error?
