Lets not feel to sorry for the Dealers

Most enjoy large discounts

No one reading this has to believe it, but most coin dealers who submit coins to the 3 best grading services enjoy benefits we will never see. First this is how it goes you submit 1000 Morgan Dollars, you stipulate that you only want the coins that are MS64 and above graded when the lot is completed you pay $6 for every MS64 $7 for every MS65 $12 for every MS66 you pay nothing for coins that don't meet this criteria. That means no body bags. There maybe a small surcharge if the number of coins gradable falls below a certain level. Modern coins work the same way only cost even less, a lot less than we pay. Also the dealers who submit large amounts of coins may benefit from the fact that they only pay for coins of a certain grade and above so their coins may grade a little better. Now think about this when a dealer or Auction house tells you you should resubmit for a higher grade and usually its true do you think it might be because they have an edge that possibly you don't. I just made all of this up its not really true and if you believe that, well there's a bridge in Brooklyn that I am selling maybe you would be interested in it.
