Have you looked close at the new 2008W PF Buffalos?

I just received my new 2008W $50 Buffalo NGC PF70 and I noticed something funny about it today. I was comparing it to the 2006 & 2007, what I found was 2008 had less detail on the Indian head , it looks like the relief of the coin is much lower and showing a more frosty like appearance. I think the US Mint changed the hub a little bit to match the fractionals because maybe the fractionals had problems with a higher relief and detail (that's just my thought) They are still nice coins!
