saw an earlier post on this and I thought I would like to add something of my own...

imagine buying a coin from a canadian seller with over 10k of positive feedback...he seems reputable enough to write in the title that the coin is graded MS.

He added a disclaimer that he will only accept return if the coin is slabbed and graded otherwise. Fine with me since everyone's opinion is different.

But lo and behold! The coin came back graded XF45 and is slabbed in NCS!!!! Details grade is harshly cleaned!!!

Guess his reponse when he's told of the grade....

He scarcastically remarked that buyers gain when he under grade but ask for refunds when he over grade....

Hello!! Not only did you over grade, you cleaned the coin!!!

Worst still...in order to qualify for a refund, I must break the coin out from the slab and return the coin! (So that you can resell the coin to other unsuspecting buyers? Trying to con more buyers with your spectacular feedback?!?!?)
