thanks to an honest ebay seller who only wants to see there customers happy they have agreed to refund my money plus grading fees!

can you believe that...in this day and age there are still people out there who are honest enough to admit when they have made an honest mistake(said it wasnt cleaned when NGC said improperly cleaned)...this coin was not visably cleaned in any way and i 100% believe the seller when he said he did not know it was cleaned. He agreed to refund all my money plus grading fees when i told him what had happened

So all in all going through a reputable dealer on ebay turned out better then going through a major auction house.....at least with the little guys they are still trying to go the extra mile to keep u happy....it seems the big guys once they get ur money they dont care...point in fact heritage ....ive spent close to $50000 with them this year alone....and i still receive the worst customer service in the industry.... davidlawrence(little guy) is another company i use...i have spent 1/4 of what i have spent with heritage this year with davidlawrence and they go out of there way to make me happy!

Maybe its going to take a competitor to amp up the heat on heritage and maybe then they will start remembering who pays there wages....US...the collectors...not the guy with deep pockets that makes one $50,000 deal a year but the guy who makes bids and wins lots in every single weekly auction and every major auction....anyway thats the people i would want to keep happy but heritage choose to treat me like ...i dont know who else has suffered the same treatment as i but its not a singular case...wooo im really having a rant arnt i...
