My local banks have droped the ball on President Dollars

I was looking at a way to get First day of issue on the President Dollars. The banks in my area are no longer ordering new Dollars ahead of time to have on hand the President Dollars on the day of release. Now I have to go to the secondary market to get my NGC graded coins. This is costing me hundreds of dollars per set. It looks as if the mint is going to save the day with the cirulating coin direct shippment program. But I have look at the mints web page and I could not find when they will shipped the coins to you. Well we be able to get them days before the release date or will the mint fill your order on the release day and then you will get the coins in two week afterwards. If the latter is the case hell, my bank will them by that time. Does anyone have any detailed information about how this program works.
