Grading Companies
I submitted l2 MS Silver Eagles from ICG to PCGS for Crossover Grading.
About 2 yrs. ago I submitted 12 Silver American Eagles, MS-69 from ICG to PCGS for Crossover Grading, and all 12 Crossed Over. Of the 3 Grading companies, I believe that ICG has by far less conflict of interest, than PCGS or NGC, as none of the personnel employed by them, are permitted to deal in Coins. No one else can say that, when some of the largest coin dealers in the Country are connected to NGC or PCGS. Even in Grading,(for example) Silver American Eagles in MS. On the NGC Registry pages, there are number of ASE Sets, 1986 thru 2005 that are all Graded MS-70. PCGS has not Graded a MS Silver American Eagles in a Mint State 70 Grade since 1998. That's not bias, that's a fact.
