My experience

I have submitted to NGC 8 times this year. Even though I use the "Modern" tier and not the "Express", my turn around times are hit and miss. It's says 12 days but some are quicker and some are longer. I guess it depends on the work load they have. I was dumb enough once to submit when they had reps away at a convention and that order took about a month to get back once it showed "received". But so far I have no complaints and I have to say their customer service is outstanding on few times I have called about one thing or another.
