Express service....fairly costly but worth th money to get your coin back in 48hrs...but is it worth it for 6 days?

Time to have a little rant....people that have read my previous journals know im not the most patient of people...from checking numerous times per day to see if my grades are back to even calling when i feel i have waited too long....but this one takes the cake! some of us pay for express grading for a number of reasons...some dont want to wait and have deep pockets, some need it graded in a certain time to meet return restrictions of auction wins or ebay items etc etc.....after looking at my double eagle in quality control for a number of days i decided to give NGC a call...yesterday i was told that express service has been pushed out to about 4 business days due to NGC being very busy...understandable for them to have an influx from time to time and when i call they are always very nice so i had no problems...this morning i called again due to no grades being posted or images been sent to my inbox...i was told i should be able to get a grade this afternoon....checked again no grade and called back....nope no grade cant get it have to wait.....a bit pissed that i have paid a premium amount of money for an express service that is in no way "express"....the upside i did get a call back from patrick who was very polite and explained to me they are very busy and express has actually been pushed out to 6 DAYS!!! EXPRESS i think not! the good thing is that NGC employs the right people on the front line to deal with the customers because if they had been rude etc etc im sure i would not have been so nice(heritage auction galleries knows all about me! worst telephone customer service i have dealt with!)...anyway finally down to the question...dont u think we deserve a discount on this so called express service??? we pay a premium amount so i think a free economy grade certificate or something should be given to people such as myself that have had to wait this amount of time ....they have of course already taken my money for the grading ...anyway anyone have any thoughts on this...i know i have heard people say they have waited months for submissions at the lowest level.....does NGC have enough graders? are they working hard enough(i would volunteer to whip them into shape...yes with real whips!)...anyway thats my rant and its over....i wonder if my cross over from anacs ms61 1899 double eagle will work out....i carefully selected this coin in hope of a star grade....the fingers are crossed and if not she will fit in perfectly with all my other star gold...but she will prob go to ebay eventually as i need my gold to be stars!
