...and other observations...

Happy weekend everyone!!

I was (once again) looking through my collections of coins, comic, and baseball cards I recently acquired, and am thrilled to once again have the things that have brought me a great amount of joy and yearning over the years.

I am currently looking to complete a CGC graded set of "Batman: Year One" as I feel like I got a pretty great deal on the first installment. ( See my comic registry)

I am also looking to get my Silver Eagle set completed by early next year. This is my real passion, but of late and most likely due to the "reverse of 2007" the Eagles have seen lots of notice and it has been a bit harder to get a good deal lately.

My excitement for the Eagles has not waned at all, but a good collector knows when things are a little out of hand monetarily for a certain item.

I have a pretty good load of coins just itching to be sent to NGC for grading, and that, too, will happen in a matter of weeks, I am excited to get these coins added to my registry...which if you don't mind me saying, has some pretty great coins living there!!

To paraphrase Lou Gehrig...I am the LUCKIEST collector on earth!!
